The room was practical, brand-new, and fulfilled our needs with inexpensive beds and the requested balcony.

Good location. Close to the Dusseldorf Main Railway Station. Tram stop is across the street, so easy to access with heavy luggage. Small but very clean and comfortable room.

we enjoyed the proximity to a train station, it was great for exploring dusseldorf.

This place has recently been renovated, their staff is very friendly, and it's conveniently located not far from the city center.

free use of internal at the lobby - very convenient for a quick search excellent hotel staffs – I stayed at this hotel twice. 2 nights each time with 1 night interval. I was able to leave a big luggage in the luggage room and when I arrived at the 2nd time, it was already in the new room.

The lighting in the room was excellent, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The central location of the hotel made it convenient for exploring the city. The receptionist I encountered was friendly and provided excellent service. Despite some noise in the corridor, my room was quiet and I was able to get a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the bathroom was impressive.

There were some minor maintenance issues such as a faulty shower screen door and a dated room decor. The road outside could be noisy at times.

stayed in this good value hotel during the christmas. i truly enjoyed the continental breakfast. its location was central, minutes from ufa-palast dusseldorf. the venue was in a shopping area, just off restaurants and train, central train station and main station even food court. it was very comfortable stay, i did not want to leave there and will come back.

The room was extremely hot during the day because the sun was shining on it. I only found a fan in the wardrobe later when I was leaving ...

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its central location along the tram line and on a main street. It is very close to both the central station and the city centre, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff provide excellent service and are very helpful. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with special requirements such as a window onto a lightwell opening to other similar buildings. Plus, having breakfast included is a nice added bonus.
